Searching for Half-Hag Template

I have read in a SS book ( IIRC Calastia) about a NPC ( IIRC with an half-hag template, but I have not found the template in that book.
Does anybody know where I find the template (for 3.0 or 3.5)?

The only one I am aware of is called the Hagspawn. It is in the "Unapproachable East" hardcover supplement for the Forgotten Realms.

Until you find it, Half-Fiend makes a good substitute. Plenty of tieflings are descended from Hags, so it makes sense.

I'd wager in Creature Collection I, but I don't own it so I can't say for sure.
