Second Annual After Ennies Dinner/Gathering (I need some help)

Hi all,


Last year I organized a very sucessfull, or at least what I like to think was succesfull, event following the Ennies at the Ram. Many Ennies nominees and winners and Enworlders came to the Ram for food and drinks and to hang out. The people were happy, the Ram was happy and hell, everyone was happy.

Obviously I'd love to do it again this year and as soon as the info about when exactly the ennies will take place is officially up, I'll be contacting the Manager there about reserving the space again.

There is one problem however. As of now it appears this year I wont be able to afford to go to Gencon. I'm gonna try like hell to do it, but i dunno if it will happen.

So... I need a volunteer to do the footwork for me at Indy. This basically includes speaking to the manager at the Ram on Thursday to make sure everything is set. And running to the Ram before anyone else gets there to make sure things go smoothly and stuff.

It might also include spreading some flyers or invitation cards around during the Ennies like I did last year. Something like that.

Anyone intrested in helping me out who liked what happened last year?

well last year I did everything with the manager over the phone. All I needed to do at gencon was come by the ram in person on thursday to meet him and get aquainted. I printed the little invite cards on almost a whim.

I can still do that If I end up not going.
