Second Half of 2005 - What are you looking forward to?

Due to serious budget constraints of late, I have had to sharply curtail all rpg purchases.

So I know I will pick up Realms of Power: Dominion and The Mysteries Revised for Ars Magica, but everything else is iffy.

I would love to pick up Iron Heroes and Northern Crown, however, if the money comes around.

I just picked up Eldritch Sorcery and the World's Largest Dungeon, and I have to say that I just might be done with RPG purchases for a while. Plus, I got a stack of stuff from FFG's big sale not long ago.

After a few disappointments, I've been waiting until new releases have been out a few months and word has spread a little before I make a purchase. (Made the exception for Eldritch Sorcery, but that was a pretty safe risk.) Right now, I have more than I need for quite some time.

Well primarily I am looking forward to starting a new campaign in a friends' homebrew.

I am looking forward to my birthday and Christmas. Maybe a new job?

In gaming terms I would say GenCon, The Shackled City hardcover, and the Angelfire minis. I might be buying some 3rd party stuff but it will all be older stuff so not worth mentioning in this thread.

Thieves world also looks interesting but I am not sure I will buy.

Shackled City hardcover, Wilderlands boxed set and that's about it, really. My interest in the upcoming WotC prodcuts is pretty low, but that's mainly because I don't know enough about them to judge yet. I'm very happy with the DMGII but am very lukewarm about that Spell Compendium thing. The Incarnum book might be kinda neat, though. I guess we'll see...

Sons of Gruumsh (an orc adventure set in Thar and not The North. Thank the various divine ones for that)

Champions of Valor (I actually like Champions of Ruin, so looking forward to its opposite number)

Anything else for Forgotten Realms (especially the first book of the Watercourse Trilogy)

Anything for Ravenloft

Freeport Trilogy revised

And I'll look at whatever comes out for Spycraft
