Hi Morrus,

I understand your desire to be cautious. To be a piracy site you have to allow people to download and/or trade music. We do not allow that. If you are speaking of the music in Frank’s video we paid for the right to use it. We do not allow such behavior on our site and will ban anyone doing so.

Rpgbomb.com is a social networking site for gamers. I do not think we are any threat to Enworld as you offer a unique service to the gaming community. We offer a unique mechanism for gamers to express themselves and meet other gamers. We will definitely see some of the same people on both our sites but the fundamental aspects of our sites our different and I encourage members and visitors of RPGBOMB to support ENworld.

A few days ago Creative Mountain Games product posted this in our forums. I think you will approve of my response.

Thank you for allowing us the privilege of posting on your site. Both posting and advertising on your site has helped us grow.

Thanks again,
Doug

Oops let me amend that last post. I see what you mean with other people uploading it all. It’s just been taken care of. It’s all gone. Thanks for letting me know.

All cool. I was just a bit concerned when I saw entire albums of Guns & Roses, Jethro Tull and a whole load of other things. We barely let people discuss piracy here, let alone link to locations. :)

Thank you both for allowing me to herald my products on your respective sites. This is definitely a good place to mention that a site with a strong stance against piracy is a site that is PDF ePublisher-friendly and therefore customer-friendly, since an anti-piracy stance ensures a healthy ePublishing industry and I am glad to see both of you taking a strong stance against it.

I was concerned as well so I killed the link. It’s not what our site is about anyways. I appreciate the heads up. :)

Thanks,
Doug
