Sure they can. You'd just see invisible things AND the aura of magic (presumably including the illusion that caused the invisibility).

I just mean that they are both concentration spells so you can’t have both of them up simultaneously

In 3rd edition you would stack spells.

Im not gonna sugar cost it: if something is going full Predator and hanging up in the trees on a branch, See Invisible is CLEARLY gonna do what it says on the tin.

Granted, if said Predator is hiding behind a rock or something like that, then that's a whole different bucket of apples. But any other time, yeah game cursor outline is a go for whoever has it/cast the spell.
