Seeking roommate in Atlanta

Currently, I live with two gamers in a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Decatur, GA. One of my roommates is leaving in August, so we're seeking someone to move in with us. Rent is $795/month, split three ways. With water, gas, electricity, cable, and internet, it comes to about $350 per person.

We'd like someone - employed or a student, preferably 18-30 - willing to sign a lease for a year. We're less than two miles from Emory University, and we're both gamer geeks.

I would love to, but I think my wife would get kind of upset. ;)

I would be interested if I could afford it. Any chance of finding gainful employment near by?

Depends on what your skills are. I spent 4 months working at a Publix (Go college degree! Work that $80,000 investment!). But now I have a job at Emory University's library.

There are lots of businesses, a good deal of retail, and Emory University within reasonable walking distance. If you have a car, well, you're in Metro-Atlanta, so it's not very hard to find something.

OOOO I'd like to donate my body to science. Are they taking applications for test subjects? Maybe with a hot scientist named Olga.

Ranger,
I'm looking into it. How long do you have to find someone?

Well, we'd like to have someone before August, because that's when our current roommate heads out. We're going to start putting out flyers tomorrow in the local area.

Wow, that's cheap, Ryan! We pay much the same rent in pounds, split only two ways. And that's before you add any bills or utilities!
