I did the same thing!

The rebellion begins....

And so it was in the heat of summers flame that they did pour forth from the gaping maw of a scarred world, and into the shadows of midnight eternal. And behold the darkness, bloated with its growing evil, descended upon the twenty sided world. And the light was swept aside in a tide of blood.....

- translated in the third age by Ashrem Bayle, Night King of Izrador, Disciple of Midnight

In case anyone is curious on how this shook out, I seem to have had my decision made for me, at least to a certain extent. The answer is wrapped up in my sordid personal affairs (well, they're not really all that sordid.) See, right now, we're living in a friend's house, who's been out of town for a 6 month assignment out of state with work. (As an aside, we actually bought a house two doors down, making our impending move one of the shortest in terms of distance that I've ever done for anyone.) The guy is a big-time gamer, and a founding member of our gaming group (in fact, currently he and his wife are 50% of our group, since another couple that used to be part of the group moved back to Texas.) Anyhow, he was in town this weekend dropping off some stuff for his impending move back, and he brought some of his RPG books with him, including Ghostwalk. So rather than buy any of them, I'll just read his copy! :)
