BTW, I checked a friend's biology textbooks - biology being the study of living creatures in all forms - and found no inquiries into the nature of divinity. Thus, I'm quite comfortable excluding gods from that category, as I believe I'm not exactly in a minority in doing so. No amount of cherry-picking through internet dictionaries in order to play weird semantic games on your part is likely to change that, sorry.

Even if you rule the gods themselves are not subject to the akashic ability, there is also the problem of any known direct interaction between a god and any other non-divine being.

You channel the Imrahel, first prophet of The One, and ask him "did you really hear The One speaking to you, and write down what he said in the books of Ihon-Re?" His answer: "Yes, absolutely." You still don't know if he was truely channeling a deity, or being mislead by some other supernatural being, or a psychotic listening to the voices in his head.

Alternately, he could also give a non-answer such as "that you ask the question indicates you are not ready to hear the answer." I could see these sorts of answers classified as "problems", but probably not in the way you seem to think.

I've read every post in this thread. Each response I've made has been carefully considered before drafting. The one that prompted your above response was a direct response to Mr. SSquirrel's definition of "god."
