Sell me on creating new d20 fantasy PDFs . . .

Hmmm, of the most recent RPG projects you have written, what has sold the best? And how are sales of your back catalog items doing by comparison?

Do the items that get frequent online mention (I mention the Campaign Planner quite often as a good starting point for people, ummm, planning campaigns, for an example) continue to sell, or is this an across the board drop?

It seems that in some ways both your Campaign Planner series and Mr. Browning's Magical Society series have something in common - they are tools for a GM to use when creating his own campaign and campaign world. Would this be an exploitable niche? Tools for such things as creating the prestige classes for a world, tailoring magic to fit a new world, etc.? Yes, I have managed to distract myself onto a side matter... but the campaign planning and world creation/customizing products do tend to be the PDFs that I use most frequently. I include EN Publishin's Steam & Steel and Elements of Magic in this category too, and even The Artificial Hero's Handbook for that matter. They can all help a GM make his campaign stand out from the norms.

For the most part, an across the board drop. The last few d20 fantasy products I released hit the top 10 (for d20 fantasy) at RPGNow (and 1 was number 1) and from discussions with others it's all d20 fantasy.

The best-selling recent products have been True20 Cybernetics and True20 Fantasy Paths. The Retro Rockets (which I illustrated but didn't write) also did very well.

I know this is silly :) but I went and purchased a few ronin arts products at rpgnow, I think that's the best way to persuade you to continue. You're doing excellent work which I really admire and although I don't buy as much as I used to (too much stuff already) my satisfaction with your writing has never diminished.

Keep up the great work, lior
