Sword's Edge Publishing has just released the Covert Hero at RPG Now.
Striking from the shadows, learning an enemy’s secrets, pilfering items secured against all dangers, these are the actions of the Covert Hero. The Covert Hero specialized class is the Rogue class updated for Modern campaigns. Silent and hidden, the Covert Hero is the master of clandestine action and subterfuge.
A specialized class is a step between a basic class and an advanced class. Its main purpose is to allow a level of specialization in low-level games. These classes are open to ordinaries.
The Covert Hero includes the Covert Hero PDF, the Covert Hero OGC document which gathers all the open game content into a Rich Text Format file, and two pieces of art from the Covert Hero PDF.
The Spec Ops Recce is from SEP’s Roles and Classes line. Look for the Capable Hero and the Combat Hero specialized classes, and the Counter-Terrorism Assaulter, the Special Operations Marksman, and the Spec Ops Recce prestige classes from SEP. Finally, all the talent trees from these classes will be presented in "Roles and Classes: Talent Trees Assembled."
