Alright then. Where is that feat from? Is it a Technomage bonus feat?

I have a few questions about the setting. Is there a one world government, or is the Earth Alliance more like the UN, taking talent from all the member nations? What languages are common in the Earth Alliance? What Shadow languages are there? Which Earth and Shadow languages would be especially important for (techno)magical research?

I'm having some problem with the mecha design. I'm considering a design akin to the Cyclone cycle or Macross Super-Veritech, where you have a smaller basic mecha, which has additional parts that turn it into a larger mecha. Do you have any suggestions how I might create that?

Japanese and English would be the most common tongues spoken in general, followed closely by French.
Shadow languages are largely unknown to the Earth Alliance at the moment, since the Shadow creatures tend to converse in the tongue of whoever they are communicating with.
