Shai'ir for d20?

Does anyone know whether the Shai'ir from WotC's 2e Al-Qadim setting has ever been converted to d20 (3.0 or 3.5, either)?

Yeppers. it's in an issue of dragon as well as Dragon Compendium Vol 1. awesome book.

I've played Sha'ir in 2e... but not yet in 3e.

Was great fun in 2e
