D&D 5E Share Your High-Level PC (...and help build an adventure!)

Thinking of this thread about higher level play:

D&D 5E - Running High Level 5E is more fun than I thought it would be.

A while back my IRL group finished Out of the Abyss with 14th level PCs. Since social distancing and Stay Home has begun, we put our current campaign on hold and moved to Fantasy Grounds and I started running (since I have the ultimate license, etc). We decided to pick up those OotA characters...

I wondered if people would share their high-level PCs? I am thinking only ACTUALLY PLAYED CHARACTERS, not concepts or builds, of 15th level or higher.

Attaching a character sheet or uploading photos would be preferred to simply posting basic information. I have an adventure I made for AD&D for character 20th+ level, and I am interested in bringing it over to 5E. But to do so, I need to see how characters are actually built up to high level. IME builds are more optimized than characters who reach such high levels organically.

My wife's PC from my game, level 20 PITA barbarian.

With my level 20 we had a house rules that we allow any 1-handed weapon for rogue's sneak attack.

Here is Finnan my oldest still-active D&D character. He used to be a warlock, but he was resurrected without any magic, and fell back on his skills as a thief and sword-fighter. He recently got a mithril blade that he can use similarly to the old hex-blade he used to have, and trained in the use of a Dragonborn arm-shield, which leaves his off hand free.

I’ll make a non-houserules version later and post it. He has 2 bonus feats and slightly higher stats than I rolled for him, due to a houserule.

My DM has a house rule that warlocks can use either Intelligence or Charisma as their main stat. So I used Intelligence. Dalaran Cailen is a Wizard (Diviner) 18 / Warlock 2 (Celestial).
