How about the Blood Magus Prc? If you want to give him Epic levels he could take Shadar Sentinel(just say that a certain region of water has properties like the Shadar Pool). Also, might want to consider Automatic Silent and Still Spell. I dunno about you, but I don't see this thing muttering arcane words underwater while swishing it's fins to launch a Lightning Bolt

He's only got 20 levels so far. I was thinking of giving him a prestige class but known seem to fit that well. I'm trying to pull him away from the whole blood/frenzy thing.

Why? He was like that at some point right? Just because he has toned it down in recent years doesnt mean he wouldnt still have capabilities like those PrCs... just a thought...

he started at as that, but has toned it done. Not sure at what point he started this.

The toughness feat prerequite will be important since he really needs the HPs. The needed to be ressurceted is an interesting touch, I'll have to work that into the history somehow.

Okay, he ruled the oceans when the gods died, and then got his ass kicked by a Water Elemental. He comes back and starts to use his brain. He secures his areas and builds up to take revenge against the creature he hates the most, Paquan.

Any other ideas or things I should place in his background?

How about putting a cap on his territory? A force field or something that doesn't allow him through? That way some sectors of the world could be free of his terrible ways?

O cap on his territory would be good. Good idea.

As for the mega creatures we have the Kraken, Leviathon, Shark, Water elementa. They are the 4 most known and to be feared. THe giants are tough, but have confined to a small area to be close to the think in the soup. The thing in the soup ain't moving, so only have to worry about him if you go to him. Lastly, there is a something frozen in the center of the remains in the comet. But the elven goddess is keeping it contained.

That is all of the really powerful things. None really roam around any more becasue they balance each other out.

Major Edit, first post. All he needs is his divine Rank, but I'm not sure what all he gets for that so it's not there at the moment. I went into his history a lot more as well.
