Shifter feats?

I have a bit of an issue with the Weretouch Master prestige class, in that how is it's Alternate Form ability at 5th level even remotely balanced both within the types (rat compared with tiger), and compared to other 10th level abilities. Also the types you have to choose make no sense for a Truedive or a number of other Shifter types.

You'd have to create new options for Truedive (dolphin, if we go mammal), Glidewing (bat) or Gorebrute (elk).

The forms are balanced in that if you want a stealthy form, you'll go for rat. If you want to be a combat powerhouse, you'll go for bear or tiger.

And be sure to check out the last version of the class (it went through 3 Erratas until they settled on the current one).
