Shintao Monk

I was wondering if there was a monk prestige class out that had a theme of "water mastery" in it (i.e. controlling water, immunities to water-based attacks...etc). If there is no such thing available, does anyone have any suggestions on how to modify the currently existing prestige class to include this theme? I was thinking about incorporating the following abilites: waterbreathing, fast movement through water, no penalties for fighting underwater, temperature control (turning water into ice or boiling it)...etc. If anyone has an advice or suggestions on how this can be done, I would be very appreciative. Thanks!

Yeah, the more I think about it the more you are right Deset Gled...I was trying to change just a few things but it seems that I am about to go beyond the scope of the rules on this one
