Showing love to our enablers

My wife is a great enabler, too -- she's always making sure I have time in my schedule to game, making sure I get some MMO time when the schedule's too busy for the group to get together, etc. - It's part of the great woman that she is.

It's always a two-way street though - I constantly remind myself to help out with household duties wherever I can (runnign errands, cleaning, arranging appointments, etc.) and trying to make sure her schedule is clear for the things she likes, too. If both people are selfless toward the other, it makes for a pretty good marriage and relationship.

Whoa! Thanks for the reminder. My wife can't stand my rpg mates so I have to lock her in the under the stairs cupboard. Plain forgot to let her out after last night's game

My ex- was and is still supportive of my gaming habit. I have custody of our child, which could make gaming even occasionally as a single dad impossible. She is, however, more than willing to look after our daughter so I can catch that occasional night of gaming.
