Has anybody else noticed that the Siberys Dragonmarks all seem to have the shape of some kind of creature? In particular:

Siberys Mark of Wardind - Some type of bird or insect
Siberys Mark of Storm - A bird
Siberys Mark of Shadow - An oriental-style dragon
Siberys Mark of Sentinel - Dragon
Siberys Mark of Passage - A Sank? Or Something Pouncing?
Siberys Mark of Making - Another Dragon?
Siberys Mark of Healing - a Pheonix?
Siberys MArk of Handling - A Bird
Siberys Mark of Finding - A bird
Siberys MArk of Detection - a Human(oid)

Is this just me making like an ink blot test? Or is there some design/meaning here?

I did notice that. What I also noticed was that the Siberys Mark for each house looks a lot like that house's sigil. That is, House Cannith has the Mark of Making, and a gorgon as its sigil. The Siberys mark of making looks a lot like a birds eye view of a bull- a gorgon

And the house that has the mark of healing- its sigil IS a pheonix. So its siberys mark is shaped like one too...

Honestly, you're not just seeing things. And it even makes some sense. Syberys Mark of Healing looks like a Phoenix? Of course it does

Well, from the thumbnails on the WotC site, most of them looked like dragons. But yes, that could fit...

Eh, sorry. I'm looking at all of them right now, and to be honest, I don't think any of them look remotely like anything intelligible, especially the houses' sigils.

Ya, but there are ten marks and there are ten dragons in the SRD.

A couple of them look like something my cat threw up last night ... which I stepped in as I stumbled through the dark house to find out what the strange noise was.

So maybe my right foot has powers now. I'll test it ...
