"Hastur showed up and stomped on the inn killing everyone. I don't ever recall being so happy but sadly in a game like this death is fleeting, only trauma and humilation endure." - Ab3

"PCs tend to be complete psychopaths with the tenacity of angry sharks when it comes to pursuing their goals. Anything that assumes the PCs will behave like normal people and not complete psychopaths with the tenacity of angry sharks will tend to not work." – Stephenls, rpg.net

I don't remember who came up with these, but:

Give a man a fire, and he's warm for a day.
Set him on fire, and he's warm for the rest of his life.

Some people are like slinkies...
Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

One can always count on Belkar to supply a few laughs.

For example:"Easy for you to say, you probably have a dozen sentient beings that you can take a dump in! I don't get anything nice!"

I told that one at last night's sessions of RttToEE. Absolutely killed. Might have helped we were rolling up after a TPK, though. Stupid grell.

My favorite, attributed to a poster I don't recall on rpg.net, would be "I'll worry about how realistic the rules are after I'm done fireballing the orcs from my magic carpet."

How could I forget some of the funniest quotes ever from here:

http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=148566

A group of seven men approaches. They are following the road east, and are making good time, neither tarrying nor running. Their faces are expressionless. One is dressed as a cleric of some sort, and another is dressed as a traveling drummer. The others could be peasants or serfs going from one location to another for the harvest season. Each carries some sort of weapon. It is plain that they are not soldiers by their haphazard way of walking. They do not seem to be joking loudly or singing as they advance.

They neither have sombreros nor stilts. These men are not acrobats. They have no expression as they don't dally to the west.
