Silicone Dice - What're They Like?

I don't know if they're what you're talking about, but I have a set of rubber dice included (as a gag) with something I kickstarted, and they are utterly unusable (except for laughs), because they absolutely will bounce onto the floor, and probably not in the direction you rolled them in.
Being so unpredictably bouncy is precisely what I use silicon dice for. When I run one-shots of Mothership, I pull out the silicon dice for players to use when their characters are acting in zero gravity. Silly, but it adds to the RP of the game.

dice of glass, stone, ceramic, and other materials, some of which may chip or break if you drop them on a hard surface.
Oh my.

I do have one set of beautiful fancy overpriced dice (from Everything Dice, pandemic madness purchase), but they seem fairly indestructible - however I can definitely see some of those wouldn't be!

Quiet is certainly a good one for some situations!

Ahhh I like that.

I have a set of metal dice but I generally use my regular dice for most stuff.

My current go-to d20 is an ancient rounded thing is swirling blue - it looks like that RPG Network “earth” d20 logo.
