Silly Art Question from Newb

I am getting ready to release a Free PDF but I wanted to spruce it up with a little art. WotC releases much of their art on their Web Site. My question is, can it be used for a 100% OGL, not-for-sale PDF?

The answer: probably not. As far as I know, there isn't anything in the OGL, or the d20 system license about images from their website. The bottom line is: get permission from them.

Thanks. I figured as much but I figured I would ask rather than just assume not. I am looking into some of the RPGNow Art Sources however. Thanks for the quick reply.

Sure. Its nothing big, just a polished version of the results from this House Rules Thread on a Sorcerer variant. I would just like a decent PDF copy to have for those requesting it (already nearly a dozen people), and to have a digitally signed copy that I can use to show as a sample of my work.
