Simple Commander's Strike question

Howdy! Does an ally's successful hit with Commander's Strike (Warlord Attack 1) do the full basic attack damage (i.e. ability modified) PLUS the Warlord's intelligence mod? Or is it just the weapon damage plus Warlord's int mod? Thanks!

Full basic attack damage. So, weapon, plus STR, plus anything else that aplies to that ally's basic attack (feats, enhancement bonus, Bracers of Mighty Blows, SA or HQ if it hasn't already been used that round, etc), plus the Warlord's INT bonus.
