Simple Force skill rules question

Hi, everyone!

We recently started up a Force-user game, and I had a question regarding Force skills. As a general rule one cannot take 10 on skills when distracted, such as by combat. However, many iForce skills with few to no applications outside of battle (e.g. Battlemind, Force Lightning) state that you can take 10 on them but not 20. Is it possible to take 10 on Force skills in combat, and if so could I get a rules citation for this? Thank you!

Edit: I suppose I should mention how this came up. I was trying to Force Strike a foe's blaster and wanted to take 10 on the roll. After citing Force Lightning having the "you may take 10" clause, the GM allowe me to, but I'd like to know what the actual rules for the situation are.

I didn't see anywhere in the rules that taking 10 with Force skills was any different than normal. The example under taking 10 in the book specifically shows that it can not be done when you are under attack. I would imagine that you could generally only take 10 with a force combat skill when your enemies are helpless or are completely unaware of your presence.
