I rented this game on a whim. 90% of the Simpsons games ever made have been crap. However I loved GTAIII and figured a Simpsons game of similar style, might be fun. Not only has it been fun, but it's just been a damn good game. Up until the current level I'm on it's been fairly easy, but thats been part of the joy of it.
It truely captures the feel of the show, the characters and just the general mentality of the Simpons. Pretty much all of my spare time has been spent playing this game, either completing missions or just tooling around Springfield.
I'm playing it on the GameCube and I have been impressed with the graphics and the sound. I must again state how much I truely expected this game to suck. It had so much going against it, but it managed to win me over. I would give this game a 8.5/10.
It's available for all three major consoles, I would recomend it to anyone who is a Simpons fan.
