So, I'm on the side that simulacrum creates a construct that takes the stats of a creature. It's a spell. It's an illusion that looks like a creature.
I'm in this debate that 'Creature Stats' Also includes 'Creature type'.
What this means is:
Simulacrum of a human can be: charmed, possessed, taken over with Magic Jar because it is a 'Humanoid Creature'
The 'spirit' of the spell tells me it's a construct. Literally, all the fluff in the description points to the fact that spell creates a 'creature' that is a construct.
Thoughts?
