Simulacrum question

Does a simulacrum have any of the extraordinary, spell-like or supernatural abilities of its creator? I'm interested especially in simulacra created by outsiders (demons, devils, etc.)

You should cut these down to 60-70% of their original power (change at will abilities to 6/day). In addition, it would be a good idea to limit their CR to 12-14 or so, else you see a level 30 mage casting a hextuple-empowered and maximized Simalucrum to create duplicates just as powerful as he is (and no need to stop there, either... It doesn't make sense for someone to make a copy of themselves more powerful than they are, and proceed to have that copy make an even better copy... Cold make for a twisted campaign though :-)
