There must be hundreds of sites out there. Pick a game/setting and type it into google with 'RPG' and the system of your choice. You are bound to get something.

No, I haven't seen that. Mostly a lot of sites dedicated to specific games: Alternity, Traveller, Shadowrun, Star Trek, Star Wars, etc.

However, I will give a plug to www.tequilastarrise.net, a excellent site dedicated to Alternity's Star Drive universe (elements of which WotC has recently cannibalized for d20 Future).
