As others have said, there's no particular reason assuming you want to multiclass. And given that the fighter, paladin, ranger, warlock and warlord all let you pick your skill from their class skill list, there's about 2-3 (or more) ways to get many of those skills. For instance:
Intimidate - granted by Skill Training, Student of the Sword, Soldier of Faith, Pact Initiate or Student of Battle.
Athletics - granted by Skill Training, Student of the Sword, Warrior of the Wild or Student of Battle.
Diplomacy - granted by Skill Training, Soldier of Faith, Pact Initiate or Student of Battle.
Stealth - granted by Skill Training or Warrior of the Wild.
Arcana - granted by Skill Training, Arcane Initiate, or Pact Initiate.
And so on. And with retraining, you can always retrain the feat to just be Skill Training in the appropriate skill if you decide to change your multiclass later.
