What do you think skull goblet does?

Once per day, blood of a recently dead person can be poured in the goblet and drunk. The imbiber experiences the last minute of the person's death through their senses.

The goblet is often uses by cruel mages who delight in death and pain.

I don't know about the goblet but...

The ale inside is a very heady brew that unfortunately lacks body.

Iffy on the wording before coffee but this is my first thought:

This goblet contains a fraction of the bearer's own soul & can be used as a spellcasting focus. Drinking that portion of your soul imposes one level of fatigue(strife?) & casts Soliogn’s Sharpshooting Arcane Eye(AG503).

The goblet can be filled with the user's blood. While the user holds the goblet while it's filled with his blood certain magical effects/conditions that would normally affect the user are stored in the goblet. If someone drinks the blood within the goblet they're subject to the magical effects/conditions being stored by the goblet. These stored effects/conditions end normally based upon their origin.

The Skull Goblet can be used as a spellcasting focus for Warlock spells. As long as the goblet is filled with the blood of a humanoid creature, you can cast Blood-Writ Bargain, targeting that creature regardless of whether it is willing. The blood then evaporates from the goblet in trail of black smoke and the goblet cannot be filled again before the spell ends.

Optionally: You gain an expertise die with spell attacks against humanoid creatures that are charmed by you.
