Man, can skunk stench read inside a house if they spray it outside, cause I think I am smelling it real bad right now. And I am damn sure it is skunk stench.

It most certainly can.

Heh, cause a skunk must have gotten offended somewhere near my house. Man it really smelled for a while.

To give this thread some kind of point, what kind of small wild animals, if any live near where you live?

Actually, it's rather odd, but I kind of like the smell of skunk spray...

Of course, I burned out half of my sense of smell with a high school chemistry lab accident (never led iodine gas blow into your face, it will burn out your sense of smell), so your mileage may vary. :D

Feral house cats, squirrels, bugs, birds, bats... uh, I live in Canada, so I assume there's beaver, moose and bears somewhere just out of sight.

Though I live near Vancouver, so they probably all just share a condo somewhere rather than living wild.

At my new place I have seen deer, red foxes, raccoons, bobcats, and wild turkeys. That's not counting the skunks and possums in the middle of the road, of course. ;)

Aside from the usual squirrels and pigeons you see in any suburban environment, Boston has a large number of crows about. Raccoons and skunks are fairly common, along with the occasional opossum. A bit farther away from the city center than I am, you can also find fox and coyotes.
