Skunks!

I have seen skunks, possums, racoons, fox, coyotes, ground hogs, red-tailed hawks and numerous deer cross our property.

Yes, Aeolius, that stag deer is extremely evil looking.

I have skunks living underneath an abandoned garage 3 or 4 houses up... several times now my dog's narrowly escaped getting sprayed, and we're always smelling the affectionately-termed skunk funk.
