A golem has immunity to slashing damage, it is for various reasons an alignment of CE. Will it still take damage from a sword that does holy damage?

thanks.

The damage type has been changed. It is no longer "slashing"--unless it does the ordinary 1d8 (1d6, whatever) of slashing plus XdY of holy, at which point the golem only suffers the XdY.

The sword still does slashing damage. I would rule that it also gets the +2d6 holy damage.

If it is an unusual sword whereby all the damage is holy damage, by which I mean holy energy that doesnt harm good or neutral creatures, than it will affect it fully. If it is a weapon with the holy enchantment, the holyness allows all damage from the sword to penetrate DR x/holy. However, it still deals its normal damage as slashing damage, and the +2d6 as holy damage. If the DR is x/slashing, only the 2d6 ignores the DR.
