My wife's reaction was "wow he looks old"

Well compared to the days of "Lois & Clark," he does look older.

I guess it would depend on your wife's perception of "looking old."

Usually, for someone in their teens or early 20's, 40 and up is "looking old."

Good ep, much better than last season. I thought chloe was a little too optomistic. Then again any episode without lois is a good ep for me.
