Sneak Attack Questions

1. I know there are different feats that enhance Sneak Attack, like Staggering Strike and Hamstring. Ignoring the feats in the Book of Exalted Deeds, and Epic feats, are there any other good Sneak Attack our there?

2. Is there any way to sneak attack undead, constructs or elementals by feat, spell or Prestige Class?

In the Expanded Psionic's Handbook, there is a General Feat (meaning, you don't have to be a Psionic character to take it) which is called Deadly Precision (Requirements: Dex 15, Base Attack Bonus +5). The benefit is that you may reroll any result of a 1 on your sneak attack's extra damage dice. You must keep the result of the reroll, even if it is another 1.

Telling Blow from PHB2. The only requirement is you have Sneak Attack or Skirmish, so you can take it at level 1. Whenever you score a critical hit against a target, you get to apply Sneak Attack damage. This affects melee and ranged attacks.

There is a level 1 Cleric spell called Grave Strike which allows you to Sneak Attack undead for 1 round.

There is a level 1 Wizard spell called Golem Strike which allows you to Sneak Attack constructs for 1 round.

Question: Do they stack?
And what if, for example, you're already getting your sneak attack bonus and you roll a critical hit..do you get double sneak attack? (I doubt it, as that would be way to sick, but I just wanted to clarify)

No - extra damage expressed as dice is never multiplied on a [glossary]critical hit[/glossary].

-Hyp.

There is vexing flanker and one other flanking feat from PHB2 that help.

I think Vexing flanker gives a +4 to attack rolls (instead of the normal +2 when flanking)

The other flanking feat allows you to use any adjacent square to yours to flank an enemy.

Normally you can sneak attack under certain circumstances: when you flank the defender, or when the defender is denied his dexterity bonus. Telling blow adds to this list, allowing you to sneak attack when you score a critical hit.

You wouldn't get Sneak Attack damage multiple times if you flanked the target and you were invisible, would you? Same with Telling Blow.

No, Sneak Attack Damage is added only once each hit no matter how many conditions are met. A Rogue1 would only get the +1d6 Sneak attack damage if she was flanking and invisible or scored a critical while flanking or scored a critical with Telling Blow.
