Sneak Attack vs. Uncanny Dodge

Ok, now I'm sure that this has been asked/answered before, but I searched and could not find the answer. I was wondering if the uncanny dodge ability makes barbarians/rogues immune to sneak attacks or if there were circumstances in which they would become vulnerable. How's that work? Thanks!

Uncanny Dodge prevents them from losing the Dex bonus when flat-footed, or when facing an invisible attacker. (At higher levels it also prevents them from being flanked.)

Any other situation that causes them to lose their Dex bonus still leaves them vulnerable to sneak attacks:

Being Stunned
Being Grappled
Cowering
Running
Climbing
Etc.

Even with the second level of Uncanny Dodge (can't be flanked), they can be flanked (and thus sneak attacked) by a Rogue at least 4 levels higher than their character level.

And UD does not prevent any sort of feint, which becomes a staple rogue tactic with the right skill and feat/ability combinations.
