Sneak attack with spell effects?

Can on going spell effects like spiritual weapon (PHB), cloud of knives, ring of blades (PHB2), and spiritual guardian (Complete Champ.) count for sneak attack damage. Im using these spells while invisible. I know you get SA for RTA and Ray spells but these are iffy. I make attack rolls but "I'm" not really attacking.

Simple answer, no.

Look at spiritual weapon:
'It does not get a flanking bonus or help a combatant get one. Your feats or combat actions do not affect the weapon.'

Sneak attack relies on being able to precisely target parts of your opponent for vital damage. Something that you summon to attack for you doesn't have that kind of precision.

I mean, may as well try to have summoned creatures inherit your sneak attack, right?

Ok i see your point. Good analogy with the summoned creature. I guess my munchkin syndrome wouldn't let me see that clearly.
