Sneak Attacks and Spells

Tome and Blood mention that Sneak Attacking with touch spells deals extra h.p. damage for spells that give ability damage or negative levels.

What about spells that are 'weaponlike' (touch attacks) but deal different types of damage? I am thinking here of spells like Bestow Curse (-4 to checks version) and Otto's Irresistible Dance.

Nope. Bestow curse (in this version) deals an enhancement penalty, and OID just makes you dance around. Neither of these involve physical damage of any kind.

I think Shocking Grasp would work since you can make the touch attack and unarmed attack. I also think the attack would have to be an unarmed attack for the additional damage.
