I also think Omnipotence is fine as is. Slightly redundant in fact, since most ranged characters will grab Improved Precise Shot and already have some of those benefits well before level 20.
I still haven't heard the duration on Inescapable Eye. Is it until end of combat (or attacking other target)? If you're hit for damage while using it, is a concentration check to maintain it required?
As for wrecking ball, part of my problem was no idea of how you were doing it, especially as an Ex ability. An arrow just doing that sort of thing is just so physics-breaking (even for D&D). By your last reply, it sounds like an alchemical/bomb type thing? I didn't know if it was based on a special ammunition, I was working with the assumption that the Sniper's called shot-fu was that dang good at pinpointing the center of mass or something. If it is an exploding shot, you should fluff that out and explain how it's made. As for constructs, does it damage and bull rush? Any reason why it's a bull rush and not say...knocking them proe from the explosion? Why only walls, and not any object? What does this attack do when used against something other than constructs and objects/walls? Like a zombie or a human? And again, it just seems extremely over the top silly to me right now, in general.
