I usually Take 10 so I'm pretty accurate; it's just takes me a little longer than someone who has skill ranks in Perform (urinal aiming).

Now keep in mind that you suffer penalities to skill points while drunk.

Ya think I have the Intelligence to sink skill points do ya in useless skill do ya? I mean sure I get that +1 per level for being a human, but in today's society we have to sink a lot of points into all sorts of Knowledge & Profession skills. Plus I don't remember "Aiming" being a Skill in the PHB.

I have skills points in Useless Knowlege (Seinfeld) and (Simpson's). What about you?

a) A skill check doesn't fail on a "1", so if you are skilled enough you don't even need to roll (are you saying you aren't skilled enough).

b) Taking 10 makes a few assumptions - time and trial-n-error, which don't necessarily lead to a clean seat (or floor or ceiling)...

I would say to spend a few ranks on the appropriate skill when you next level up.
