So, anybody at Dundracon?

This weekend our lovely California Bay Area is having Dundracon in San Ramon.

Any ENworlders there? I myself wont make a trip due to school work, unless my friends who are there text me about going to the Hopyard Alehouse, but since only a few of us enjoy frosty brews, I don't suspect they will text me.

I suppose I should get back to writing my Japanese history paper, instead of posting here or watching the Olympics....

What sucks is Monday after my chemistry midterm I sent a joke text to Ezra asking if it was too early for beer (noon) and it didn't go thru. I didn't bother to try again because I then needed to finish my women in Greece analysis and thought it would suck if he said "ok" and I couldn't go have a few pints.

I wonder of Gary of Black Diamond Games was there...

Maybe they are still there?!

Perhaps they have moved on to rabidly watch Olympic competition.

Maybe the conversation my friends and I had last year proved prophetic. We thought the convention was smaller than in past years, perhaps because of the ecomony.

Maybe nobody from Dundracon knows about ENWorld?

Well, according to some other updates I've heard, DDC attendance was up 10% overall and up 15% for paid attendees, and all of the publishers who chimed in about the show commented that they had very good sales, so that's good news!
