If I was running a con, when the patrons signs up. I'd have them sign something saying that they will be clean and have good hygene for when they are at the con. Its a health risk if you smell that bad.

Put into the rules: Thou shalt bathe. And have it refer back to (at our con anyway) Rule 2: if you act like a jerk, we reserve the right to toss you out!
