I had always wanted a Feat Compendium and a Prestige Class Compendium, neither of which is a Complete book but they are books I was hoping for in 3.5 that I will never see...

There are a couple of those, just not from WotC. FFE, Mongoose, AEG did some.

I'd be more interested in Hag Magic than Complete Aquan. Though Hydronomicon sounds good too (Call of Dagon? Fiendish Codex Deep Ones).
