No. You need one mana of each color and then two other mana of any color (including colorless). So, that's 7 mana in total.

As @AcererakTriple6 says, 2 generic (which means it can be of any of the colors), and one of each for all five colors.

This is harder to pull off than it sounds, as every color of mana in your deck makes it exponentially more complex, and requires some delicate deck-building to even get Tiamat in the game.

Meh. You just run a lot of copies of Bayou, Savannah, Taiga, and Tropical Island, with Fastbond to dump them out quickly and Howling Mines to accelerate your draw. A few Birds of Paradise to further accelerate and give you security against just missing That One Color. You can run land-heavy and rely on Demonic Tutor to extract her from the deck, since she herself tutors five other dragons out.

(What? Are you suggesting M:tG has changed since Revised?)
