I edited it in to fix a couple balance problems. I added some information to questions I recieved below the description of the Avatar of Power and an further explanation of the Reverse Spellcaster level mechanic.
As for balancing: I moved up Limited Alter Reality to second level, and added Grace of the Gods, which I hope is minor enough to supplement the ability but not overpowering the class itself. I also removed Antimagic Immunity since that was kinda buggy and had a potential for unbalancing combinations possibly and instead put in its place Mastery of Form. Finally, I added a paragraph under Deific Realm that allows the Avatar of Power to assume deific responsibilities if he so chooses.
