Question 2: Can you charge (which is a standard action) and then take a movement action?

1. Charge, run, hussle, double move, human barbarian in light or no armor, Expeditious Retreat spell, etc.

2. No. Charge specifically says all movement must take place before you make the attack.

Can you move more then 30' as Movement Action only, double move is both a Movement Action and a Standard Action.

Wer'e trying to find out if it's possible to attack once and move more then 30' (but not charging, or buffed by spells).

Only if your speed is more than 30. For example, a human barbarian in light or no armor can attack once and move 40 feet. Higher level monks also have higher speed. Other than that, I can't think of anything.

There is the feat dash, which increases your speed by 5 feet in light or no armor (no prerequisites). I don't think there's no other way.

I had heard that there was a way to move 60 (if you're base move is 30) and still attack once in a round. So no one knows of a way to do this?

And... can you move 30, then do a charge? (Which is a special standard action, no idea what the "special" is...)

That's the Charge action. It's a "special" standard action in that you effectively do two Move Actions and then a Standard Attack. You just have to do it all in a straight line.

Yes. All your movement is considered to be part of the charge action.

James is right. You cannot move 30 feet, then charge 60 feet and attack. Charge is not a standard action, but a special standard action, which allows you to move up to twice your speed, all in a straight line, and then make one attack. Ordinarily, you cannot make an attack if you move more than your speed in one round.
