Stealthy: +2 to Hide and Move Silently
Attention to Detail: +2 to Appraise and Search
Friendliness: +2 to Diplomacy and Gather Information
Artist: +2 to all Craft checks

Judo Throw [General, Fighter]
You are trained in throwing opponents heavier than you can lift.
Requirements: Improved Trip
Benefit: You can make a Dexterity check instead of a Strength check when attempting to trip an opponent.

Quick Attack [General, Fighter]
You can execute attacks at lightning speed.
Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +6 or higher
Benefit: You can execute the full attack action as a standard action, but suffer a -5 penalty to each attack when you do so. You cannot use this feat while charging.
Normal: The full attack action is a full round action.

Spell Finesse [Special]
You are better able to tweak spells as you cast them.
Prerequisite: Any metamagic feat
Benefit: Choose a metamagic feat you have obtained. When you apply that metamagic feat to a spell you cast, its casting time does not increase.
Normal: Applying a metamagic feat increases a spell's casting time to a full round.
Special: Only bards and sorcerers may select this feat.

Those are all pretty good. Quick attack can get nasty, I've seen a few high level fighters or barbarians that have such a high attack bonus the -5 will not hurt them much. Plus, combine that with hast and you can makea full attack twice a round. Give it to a high level tempest with haste on him, and he'll be a true whirlwind.

Judo throw is a good one. We havea version of that that out monk uses. Basically, leverage verse strength.

Spell Finesse might be a little weak. Well, maybe not. Would this allow them to use Quicken spell?

Been thinking about quick attack, I think I have a suggestion. Let's make it a high level fighter feat. The reason I suggest this is for this reason. As a higher level feat, levels 12+ I am thinking, the character should be fighting things where it needs all the help it can get to a) get enough chances to hit it and b) to hit it and actually do damage. So basically, they have to decide whether they want the extra attack options as the risk of not hitting. I think by moving it up a few levels it balances itself out nicely.
Also if you change the BAB requirement to 12+ it also keeps most wizard type characters from being able to take the feat.

Thoughts??

If you wanted to have feats that were based on quick attacks and stuff you are looking at improved initiative, quick draw and combat reflexes as options for required feats.

I dont know that you want to do that, I think making the BAB 12+ is enough, no reason to make them deter from a good selection of feats in order to get a single non-uber feat.

I really don't see the harm in allowing wizards to use the feat, nor do I think it should be exclusively high-level... a Ftr6 could still be tossed into situations where it has to decide between times to hit and chance to hit. I get this feeling, however, that the feat should have at least 1 feat prerequisite.

Finesse: Yes, works with quicken
