Some Questions.

If a marked target casts an area spell on a specific target (specifically that new Chasm Illusion Spell, I can't recall the name, and don't have the PDF handy), and it's the only target in the area, would it take damage from a Paladin's Divine Challenge since it's not targeting the Paladin?

Also, a Dwarf's Stand your Ground applies to anytime you could be knocked prone, correct, not just if an effect also Pushes, Pulls or Slides you? Say like having Icy Terrain cast on you?

More of an opinion question on this last one. If I'm an Artful Dodger Rogue, out of Deft Strike, Piercing Strike, and Sly Flourish, which two would be the best? I plan to go Daggermaster if that helps any.

Thanks in advance.

If it's an attack, then yes--if it's not an attack, then no. Creating a zone with a power that then attacks creatures by itself wouldn't trigger the challenge.

EDIT: Just looked up the Phantom Chasm spell, and it is indeed an ordinary area attack. In this case, yes, the marked critter takes the damage.

Correct.

They're all pretty good--why not be a human and have all three?

Yes, it made an attack that didn't include the Paladin, so it takes damage.

Correct.

I'd go with Deft Strike personally. Not sure about the other two.

Ha!

Ok, I figured as much, just wanted confirmation.

Also, I like being Halfling as Rogue, otherwise, yes, I would choose Human and get all three, but for a Dagger Weilding Artful Dodger Halfling, I was just curious as which two people would think are the best of the three.

Myself, first thoughts are Deft Strike to move in with even more ease, and Sly Flourish for damage once I'm in. However, an At-will that attacks Reflex is very nice also. So, I'm not sure now, I'm only LV2 at the moment, and haven't used my one Retrain yet.
