Well, who wouldn't? The only thing better than a real lightsaber would be a real rampaging dinosaur.

Although I wouldn't want one of those in my living room; just running down the street scaring my stupid neighbors. ;)

TANGENT ALERT! Hey, AMG; you ever hang around rpg.net? There's a thread there in General RPG discussion going on right now about setting up a post RotJ-ignore-EU game that's got some good discussion. I know you're pretty much an EU fan, but I thought the discussion would be right up your alley anyway.

Haven't been to RPG.net in ages. I'll have a look, at least. For games, I throw out continuity if it gets in the way of what the players are doing, so its not like I stick to the timeline perfectly. Ahhh, the game where the Imperial PCs lost the Battle of Hoth due to bickering...

How about a dinosaur WITH a lightsaber?

EU?

Evil Underwear?

Endless Ululation?

Empire of Ubertrixes?

Expanded Universe...though those are interesting ideas, anyway. :)

AMG: Dinosaurs with lightsabers? Wanna write a mini-game? :D

Its tempting, disturbingly tempting. I can just see it now. A small group of dinosaurs charging down the hill at a group of PCs. The Players laugh and get ready to fight...then these little red things ignite in the dinosaur's hands and lightning streaks out from one of them to kill the party Wizard.

Remote controlled? Screw that; he better be a freakin' real Artoo unit to be worth that kinda money. I could put him to work serving drinks, like Jabba did. ;)
You could always remove the restraining bolt.

Do so at your own risk.

I got my widescreen set at Wal-Mart for something like $45 ($50) with taxes. $9K is absurd. The set is nice, features a documentary about the making of SW, commentaries for each movie and an easter egg of bloopers.
I'm very happy with my purchase of the Platinum set, but I was rather disappointed in the easter-egg blooper reel. Nothing there as funny as what was left in the movies.

Boba Fett chasing the Ewok on the Death Star II was good...though I've seen that before and can't seem to remember WHERE.
