hehe. I have been reading that strip for over a year now... consistently one of the funniest out there on the web... at least to me... but then maybe my sense of humor is a bit off.

Erm, no.

For one, it's not a they, it's a he - S*P is entirely the work of one artist, Randy Milholland.

For another, the S*P creature is a tax collector, not a lawyer.

For yet another, Randy knows Steve Jackson well and in fact contributed a guest card to one of the Munchkin expansion sets, namely the Redneck Tree, so claiming that one of the Munchkin contributors 'stole' an idea from something to which he was invited to contribute is a bit much.
