my explanation for mostin's confusion regarding graz'zt and kothchori.

the reason kothchori was trying to open a gate in wyre was not because of something that would come out (mostin remarks it is simple for a demon to teleport) but because the gate was going to go the other direction! graz'zt was trying to suck a portion of wyre (maybe morne itself) into the abyss! perhaps wave of hate was just a precursor to this... anyway, just a wild guess...
